the hotel had good breakfast, but all the smoke from the lobby detracted from it. strange repairs in the room made me feel uncomfortable for my entire stay. I also would have appreciated a complimentary upgrade, I mean, isn’t that standard? honestly almost gave a good review but was just too disappointed.

There was a significant noise issue from neighboring rooms, especially late at night. Additionally, the pool closed too early at 6 PM, which didn't align well with a day's itinerary.
